The first thing to do is to check your junk/spam e-mail folder. Our store emails may have been lost in there. Remember that you can also access your materials directly via the store. Go into our store at www.notesinspanish.com/store then click on the ‘Log In’ link top-right. After you have logged in with the details you gave when purchasing, look on the left-hand side of the page to see links to your products. If you have any further problems, please do get in touch.
